We understand sometimes things just don't work out and need to be returned or exchanged. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Dry goods, mens grooming products, and sale items MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Those items are final sale.
- Items must be retuned to Fly Wild Outfitters no later than 30 days from the original purchase date on receipt.
- During the Holidays from Black Friday through Christmas we will accept items until January 24th.
- Once your item is received by our returns department you will then be issued STORE CREDIT.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for your return. We will be in touch with you regarding your order, if it is eligible for store credit, and instructions on shipping.
